Today Noah had a good day again. He is still getting rid of all of the fluid by peeing. He still has a lot to pee out. They are still concerned about his kidneys because the function number is 5.2 and needs to be less than one. So, we are hoping that it will start to go down, or he will have to get dialysis. So pray for those levels to go down.
As far as his EEG yesterday the swelling has gone down, but they cannot tell us if that is brain swelling from his injury going down, or just fluid going down. The MRI will have to tell us that. We won't be doing an MRI until he is off his vent.
His movement has increased which is a positive sign. He has not opened his eyes, but he is moving his hands and feet. As well as his tongue and shows signs of irritation when they are messing with him. It is a slow process and we take it day by day. Noah is a beautiful child. I am so glad to know him and to be able to pray for him. He looks like a real fighter and that's what it takes. That and a family that loves him as much as his does.
